Once you have booked your appointment online and added gowns to your wish list we will welcome you and your chosen guests into our shop to help you find your gown.
Your luxury appointment will last approximately an hour. We know searching for your bridal gown can be confusing but its our job and our pleasure to go through different shapes and styles of bridal gowns and find which one suits you the best.
Our team of bridal stylists are friendly and genuine and are ready to help you create the bridal look you dream of.
When you look and feel amazing and realise you have found your gown we will help you celebrate with some fizz and treats by taking 'I Said Yes To The Dress' insta pics. You can also spend some time celebrating in our VIP #ABCBRIDE area taking lots more photos for you to keep for your memory box. All our brides also receive a goody bag full of wonderful treats as a thank you for purchasing your gown.
You Said Yes!
You will at this point be measured for your made to order gown and various payment options are available and can be discussed with your bridal stylist in store. When your gown arrives we will invite you in for a first fitting with one of our in house seamstress. This is a separate chargeable service and ensures your gown fits you like a glove. You should expect to have 2-3 fittings with our seamstress and will not leave until you are looking and feeling amazing in your dress.Book your appointment
Your Special Day + Beyond
If you need help getting into your gown on your special day we also offer a 'dress the bride' service at your house or your venue. Please discuss this with us in store as we can only dress one bride per day and we fill up for this service quickly during the summer months.
Once you have said “I do” give us a call and we can arrange for your dress to be dry cleaned, any damages fixed and have it boxed up to preserve it for storage. As an #abcbride we offer this service at a discounted rate.Book your appointment
