COVID-19 Guidelines

Under the new government guidelines we will be operating slightly differently.

 

  • We will operate on an appointment only basis and cannot accept walk ins.
  • We can only allow bride plus 2 guests as a maximum at any appointment but we have installed portals to video call your family and friends so they can share the experience with you.
  • Please create an account and favorite bridal gowns you love prior to your appointment. This will help us know which dresses to pull for you to try on!
  • We will have social distancing throughout the shop.
  • Sanitisation stations are provided, please use as you wish but especially on entry to our shop.
  • Masks are mandatory for brides and staff when in the fitting room. We will provide disposable ones if you do not bring your own.
  • We ask you to refrain from touching the gowns while they are on the rails to minimise touch points. 
  • Your bridal stylist will assist you with this.
  • We will be deep cleaning and sanitising between each appointment and we have limited the amount of appointments we can take each day to allow time for this.
  • Toilets will be prohibited.
  • There will be a restrictions on snacks and refreshments at this time.
